Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Product & User Journey Manager. The Product & User Journey Manager will be responsible for developing and improving the product, enhancing user experiences, conducting data analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Help improve the product, suggest new features and functionalities to improve it
- Define and execute the product roadmap based on business goals, user needs, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to refine product features.
- Define and track key metrics to measure product success.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to keep our product competitive.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in [industry, e.g., digital health, SaaS, fintech, etc.].
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Bonus: Experience with AI, telehealth, or digital platforms.
- Experience in the healthcare or tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
