We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized IVF Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team and support patients throughout their fertility journey.
👩⚕️ Role Overview
The IVF Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between patients and the clinical/medical team. This vital role ensures a seamless experience by offering personalized guidance, logistical coordination, and emotional support at every stage of treatment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing IVF patients (local and international).
- Guide patients through the full IVF process, from initial consultation to embryo transfer.
- Coordinate appointments, diagnostic testing, and treatment cycles.
- Communicate medical instructions clearly and compassionately, liaising with physicians, embryologists, and nursing staff.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical protocols and patient confidentiality.
- Provide emotional reassurance and help manage expectations throughout the fertility journey.
- Maintain follow-up and engagement with patients post-treatment for feedback and continued care.
🎯 Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fertility clinic, women’s health, or IVF coordination is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (oral and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to support patients under emotional stress.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and IVF-specific software is an advantage.
