SFS Southeastern Fertility Solutions, based in Athens, is a medical group at the forefront of innovative fertility care, founded by Ioannis Zervomanolakis MD, PhD, MBA, MPH as a partner of HYGEIA IVF EMBRYOGENESIS, the leading fertility clinic in Greece. In collaboration with AIVF and HYGEIA IVF EMBRYOGENESIS, we’re launching an advanced AI-powered solution to transform fertility treatment and patient outcomes. This new initiative combines cutting-edge technology with compassionate care to deliver exceptional results.
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business development and marketing efforts for this groundbreaking project. If you're passionate about healthcare innovation, love creating strategies that drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets for the AI fertility solution.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including fertility clinics, physicians, and healthcare institutions.
Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and partnerships.
Marketing & Branding:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote the AI fertility solution.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website updates, social media, and email marketing.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and materials.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the AIVF Medical team and SFS leadership to align sales and marketing objectives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
5+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in healthcare, biotechnology, or AI industries.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Strong understanding of healthcare sales cycles and marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
