Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IVF Sales Specialist located in Athens. The IVF Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling medical devices related to IVF, managing customer relationships, providing training, and offering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with healthcare professionals in IVF clinics, presenting and demonstrating products, and managing sales processes to achieve targets. This role focuses on developing and strengthening relationships with fertility clinics, embryologists, physicians, and IVF lab managers while promoting our solutions and identifying growth opportunities in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fertility clinics and IVF laboratory staff (embryologists, lab managers, physicians).
- Promote and sell the full range of ART/IVF products, including consumables and capital equipment.
- Monitor tenders and collaborate with the commercial back-office team to secure and identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and applications teams for product demonstrations, installations, and training.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, workshops, and trade exhibitions.
- Prepare sales performance reports, track KPIs, and gather customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the IVF/ART field.
- Experience in B2B sales of medical devices, healthcare solutions, or pharmaceutical products is is a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven Sales and Training experience.
- Strong Sales Management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
- Availability to travel throughout Greece and Cyprus as needed.
