Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to women throughout their reproductive lives, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care. This role requires a strong commitment to patient health and well-being, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- In house call coverage (weeknights: 5pm - 8am/weekends: 24 hour shift)
- about 700 - 750 deliveries annually
- on - call for C - sections/deliveries
- Level 1 trauma center
- Level 3 NICU
- EMR: Epic
- Staff mix: 2 OBGYNs, 1 - 2 midwives, 1 PA
Experience
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with completion of an accredited residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active New York Medical License and New York DEA
- Recent case logs
