Secondary Responsibilities:

Ability to be a compassionate customer service advocate who is also a self-starter, can work independently and as part of a team and has excellent time management skills
Capacity to handle multiple phone lines at the same time pleasantly and efficiently
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-call handling environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and computer skills
Excellent customer service skills with a positive can do attitude
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred!

Education:

High School Diploma/GED required
1-2 years of customer service experience; preferably in a medical environment and OBGYN.
Must be proficient with insurance verification process.
Knowledge of medical office/practice preferred.
Experience using EMR for scheduling
