Job Summary:
Guirguis Women’s Health, a high-volume, multi-location OB/GYN practice with over 30 years of service in New York City, is urgently seeking a Nurse Practitioner with OB/GYN experience for a full-time 1099 contractor position. You’ll work closely with our physician team, providing exceptional care at our busy locations in Park Slope, Bay Ridge, and Staten Island (Seaview Ave).
Responsibilities:
- Perform well-woman exams, prenatal care, and follow-up visits
- Diagnose and treat common OB/GYN conditions
- Counsel patients on contraceptive options and reproductive health
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff
- Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR system
- Provide ongoing patient education and support
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN
- ATHENA experience
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
- Able to manage a high-volume patient load
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
