Job Summary
We are seeking a Parent Coordinator to join the Surrogate Steps team. This role is central to supporting our families and growing our professional outreach

Duties

Conducting outreach to medical/clinic offices to build relationships and provide information about our program.
Representing Surrogate Steps at conferences and events.
Conducting consultations with prospective parents. Candidate should ideally also be available 1 weekend a month, and 1 evening a week to conduct consultations.
Working collaboratively with our team.
Travel is required for attendance at conferences, as well as outreach to medical/clinic offices.

Experience

Required experience in the fertility field, such as previous intended parent who underwent a surrogacy experience, or previous experience with ivf.
Required excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, surrogates, other team members and external partners
Required strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Required to be highly self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently and on-time
Experience in marketing or sales desired
