About The Position
We are looking for a
Women's Hormonal Health Support Specialist to guide and support our users on their unique hormonal health journeys. This role is ideal for someone who combines
medical or biological knowledge with a
genuine passion for women's health and excellent communication skills.
You’ll provide empathetic, clear, and medically accurate support to customers using Mira’s products and services, covering fertility, cycle health, perimenopause, hormone levels, and more.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedicine, Biology, or another health science.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a healthcare, wellness, or digital health company.
- Strong understanding of the female endocrine system, hormones, and common health conditions related to hormonal imbalances.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of communication and problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM or support tools (like Zendesk or Gorgias).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting fertility tracking, hormone therapy, or reproductive health devices.
- Personal or professional experience with hormonal health topics.
- Experience using Mira or similar devices.
Details
The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.
Responsibilities
- Support Mira users by providing accurate, clear, and empathetic information via email, chat, and social media.
- Help users understand hormone fluctuations (LH, E3G, PdG, FSH, etc.) and their impact on the body
- Answer questions related to fertility, irregular cycles, PCOS, perimenopause, and other hormonal concerns
- Collaborate with our product and clinical teams to troubleshoot user issues or escalate when needed
- Translate complex hormone science into easy-to-understand explanations
- Document conversations and trends accurately to help improve support workflows and content
- Contribute to the knowledge base and FAQ materials based on real user needs
