About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support our global supply chain and demand planning operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient processes, and strong collaboration across markets and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of demand forecasts across multiple markets.
- Monitor demand trends, stock availability, and highlight potential risks (e.g., pre-OOS situations).
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and dashboard/reporting enhancements (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel).
- Participate in S&OP/DRM meetings and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and preferably Power BI/Power Automate.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
