Job Summary
We are seeking a Parent Coordinator to join the Surrogate Steps team. This role is central to supporting our families and growing our professional outreach
Duties
- Conducting outreach to medical/clinic offices to build relationships and provide information about our program.
- Representing Surrogate Steps at conferences and events.
- Conducting consultations with prospective parents. Candidate should ideally also be available 1 weekend a month, and 1 evening a week to conduct consultations.
- Working collaboratively with our team.
- Travel is required for attendance at conferences, as well as outreach to medical/clinic offices.
Experience
- Required experience in the fertility field, such as previous intended parent who underwent a surrogacy experience, or previous experience with ivf.
- Required excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, surrogates, other team members and external partners
- Required strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Required to be highly self-motivated to complete tasks efficiently and on-time
- Experience in marketing or sales desired
