Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience

Opportunity Overview
We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our comprehensive women’s health team in Casa Grande, AZ. This full-scope position offers a balanced combination of outpatient gynecologic care and inpatient obstetric support. As part of a highly collaborative, mission-driven clinical team, you will play a key role in delivering equitable, evidence-based care to women throughout all phases of reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care
- Manage and attend labor and deliveries with a focus on natural, physiologic birth
- Provide family planning, contraception counseling, and reproductive health education
- Conduct well-woman exams and minor in-office gynecologic procedures
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, nursing staff, and allied health providers
- Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation within the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement, patient outreach, and staff training initiatives
- Advocate for inclusive and equitable access to women's health services
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nurse-midwifery program
- Current CNM license (or eligibility) in the state of Arizona
- 1–2 years of recent full-scope midwifery experience preferred
- Active BLS certification (NRP preferred but not required)
