Position Overview
A community-based women’s health group in Casa Grande, Arizona is currently seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join its integrated care team. This full-time role offers a comprehensive practice model combining outpatient clinical services with inpatient labor, delivery, and surgical care at a nearby partner hospital.
Located between Phoenix and Tucson, this position offers a meaningful opportunity to build a long-term practice in an underserved region—ideal for OB/GYNs committed to community care, clinical continuity, and positive maternal health outcomes.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000 annually, depending on experience
- Incentive Bonus: RVU-based productivity structure
- Relocation Support: Up to $10,000

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care including annual exams, contraception, and screenings
- Manage full-spectrum obstetric care: prenatal, labor and delivery (including C-section), and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures
- Educate patients on reproductive health, fertility, and preventative strategies
- Coordinate care with hospital partners and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EHR
- Contribute to quality improvement and clinical performance initiatives
Candidate Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona
Preferred:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience in underserved or community-based clinical settings
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
