Practice Setting: Outpatient women’s health clinic with affiliated hospital support for deliveries and surgical procedures

Call Schedule: Equitably shared among the OB/GYN provider team
Compensation & Benefits Overview
- Annual Base Salary: $300,000 – $325,000, based on experience
- Incentives: Productivity bonuses based on RVU performance

This full-scope OB/GYN position is based in Casa Grande—a rapidly developing area located between Phoenix and Tucson. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver full-spectrum OB/GYN care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and fertility evaluation
- Manage prenatal care, deliveries, and postpartum follow-up
- Perform gynecologic surgeries, including minimally invasive and laparoscopic procedures
- Collaborate with hospital partners on inpatient cases and consults
- Provide education on reproductive and general women’s health
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation using EHR
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and community health outreach
Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S.-based)
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required
- Strong clinical background with a collaborative, patient-centered approach
