Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Practice Setting: Outpatient women’s health clinic with affiliated hospital for deliveries
Travel Requirements: None
Call Rotation: Equitably shared among OB/GYN providers
Compensation & Incentives
- Annual Salary: $300,000 – $325,000 based on experience
- Incentive Pay: RVU-based productivity bonus available
- Relocation Support: Up to $10,000, depending on candidate needs

You’re a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN with a passion for continuity of care and a commitment to clinical excellence. Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver routine and preventive gynecologic care, including family planning services
- Manage prenatal care, labor & delivery (vaginal and cesarean), and postpartum follow-ups
- Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries
- Respond to inpatient OB/GYN consults and provide hospital-based care
- Educate patients on reproductive health, wellness, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for coordinated care
- Maintain complete and accurate records using an electronic health record (EHR) system
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives and community health programs
Candidate Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (U.S.-based)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active or eligible for Arizona state medical license
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus but not required
