Job Description
We are currently hiring a
Donor Services Manager to join our team. This is a crucial role that offers a significant opportunity to make a lasting impact. In this position, you will have full operational oversight of the donor services program and team on a national scale.
Our intent is to be the best provider of donor services for patients in Australia.
Reporting directly to the COO, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead the delivery of donor treatment cycles for patients with a focus on achieving optimal outcomes and best-in-class patient hospitality
- Manage and grow the Genea Sperm Bank, our in-house sperm bank
- Manage and grow our relationships with international donor banks
- Manage the donor team at Genea
- Maintain regulatory compliance related to the use of donor gametes for all jurisdictions in which we operate
Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill this role, someone with
management experience in Donor Services within the Fertility sector, or an adjacent part of the fertility services industry. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the processes and regulations governing donor services across Australia and will be equipped to enhance Genea's Donor Services for both the organisation and our patients. This position involves collaboration across our entire clinic network, so exceptional stakeholder management skills are essential. You should be adept at engaging with the leadership team and driving meaningful change while fostering strong staff engagement.
