Reporting to the Business Unit Director, your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and executive strategy in line with local and global strategy.
- Lead the development of impactful, campaigns for HCPs and patients.
- Manage brand forecasting and oversee the marketing budget.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and medical.
- Build strong KOL relationships to support market shaping and brand advocacy.
To be successful you will have:
- Bachelor qualifications in Marketing, Business or Health Sciences.
- Proven experience in Specialty pharmaceutical marketing.
- A strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to work across cross-functional teams, including medical, sales, and global stakeholders.
- Sound digital marketing experience; prior omnichannel approach highly regarded.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
