Who We’re Looking For:
Hormona is on the lookout for a results-driven, analytically-minded Growth Marketing Manager to lead our next phase of user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You're someone who lives and breathes growth—equal parts strategist, experimenter, and executor—with deep expertise in CRM, campaign management, and data-driven performance marketing.
You have a proven ability to craft impactful campaigns across multiple segments and markets, and you're passionate about creating personalized, insight-led communication that truly resonates with users. Whether you’re refining the onboarding funnel or launching a multichannel CRM journey, you’re laser-focused on delivering measurable impact and meaningful customer relationships.
Role Overview:
We’re searching for a high-impact Growth Marketing Manager to lead user growth across all stages of the funnel. You’re analytical, strategic, and obsess over performance metrics—but you’re also creative, experimental, and customer-obsessed. You have a deep background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and mobile growth, and you thrive on building scalable campaigns that convert, engage, and retain.
You live for A/B tests, know how to influence App Store algorithms, and understand the psychology behind a tap. Whether you’re optimizing a referral program or launching a campaign tied to a trending health topic, you can identify opportunity, move fast, and deliver results.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, design, marketing and engineering to create seamless experiences and lead campaign execution from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities:
Own and Execute the Growth Strategy
- Lead Hormona’s end-to-end growth strategy—focusing on acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue
- Develop and deliver CRM, lifecycle, and multichannel campaigns that deepen user relationships and drive CLTV
- Craft and launch full-funnel user journeys across web and mobile, from awareness to conversion and re-engagement
- Shape user segmentation and personalization strategies across markets, channels, and lifecycle stages
Drive App Growth & Mobile Performance
- Launch growth campaigns tied to key events, trends, or seasonal health moments—collaborating closely with product and marketing
- Own and optimize App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts across metadata, keyword rankings, and app store SEO
- Manage localized app store strategies to maximize performance in key global markets
- Work with the CRO team to design and run store experiments and custom product pages to improve install rates
- Improve app ratings and reviews by identifying opportunities for feedback loops and delight moments within the app experience
Boost Virality & Organic Acquisition
- Develop and refine referral programs and incentive mechanics to increase organic user acquisition and virality (k-factor)
- Partner with lifecycle and product teams to launch referral flows that feel seamless and rewarding
- Track and measure campaign performance using tools like Mixpanel, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, RevenueCat, and third-party ASO platforms
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, competitor activity, and mobile growth trends to keep Hormona’s edge sharp
Campaign Management & Experimentation
- Oversee the conception, launch, and QA of CRM and lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and push
- Use A/B testing and “test and learn” frameworks to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and channel mix
- Apply a high level of attention to detail and QA to every customer-facing campaign
- Deliver campaigns across complex, multi-stakeholder environments—owning the full process from ideation to reporting
Data-Driven Optimization
- Scrutinize performance data, user behavior, and insights to iterate, optimize, and scale what works
- Run A/B tests, implement a “test and learn” approach, and identify new growth opportunities
- Use data to personalize and time communications effectively across channels and markets
- Translate complex analytics into actionable strategies and stakeholder-friendly reporting
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in growth, CRM, or performance marketing—ideally in health, wellness, or subscription-based apps
- Strong experience in CRM campaign management and lifecycle marketing
- Proven track record of delivering best-in-class growth campaigns across segments and markets
- Deep analytical mindset and experience in leveraging data for campaign design and optimization
- Comfortable using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Braze, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaign orchestration
- Technically capable—able to collaborate with product and tech teams on implementation and data flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for execution
- Commercially savvy—able to link performance with business impact
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with mobile apps in the health, wellness, or digital health space
- Familiarity with freemium/subscription models and strategies to drive LTV
- Background in managing on-chain/off-chain data or interest in decentralized technologies
- Passionate about women’s health, femtech, or wellness innovation
