As a Graphic Designer at Hormona, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. From campaigns and product packaging to digital assets and paid social creatives, you’ll bring our vision to life across multiple touchpoints. Role Overview:
As a Graphic Designer, you will lead the creative execution of Hormona’s branding, marketing, and product design efforts. Your role will involve conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling assets that engage users, enhance brand perception, and drive growth.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure that all visual assets are aligned with Hormona’s brand identity and business objectives. Whether it’s crafting eye-catching social media content, developing campaign visuals, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how Hormona communicates with its audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate, design, and produce a wide range of static and motion graphics primarily for social media, emails, and paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more).
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to analyze creative performance and optimize assets for better engagement and conversion.
- Develop and evolve Hormona’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with Marketing to design and produce campaign visuals, branding materials, and digital assets.
- Execute multi-channel campaign rollouts across print, OOH, and digital platforms.
- Create digital assets for CRM, web, email, newsletters, and website content.
- Manage workload, deadlines, and project quality, ensuring high standards of execution.
- A big plus if you have photographic skills and enjoy taking and editing pictures.
Qualifications:
- A visual style that aligns with Hormona’s brand, with a keen eye for detail and brand storytelling.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of social media best practices, emerging trends, and new creative technologies.
- Strong knowledge of how design impacts user experience and brand perception.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma—experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
