Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive vision and strategic direction for the practice, ensuring alignment with overarching organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with the C-suite executives to shape and implement high-level strategies that drive the practice forward.
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to senior management, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards, while proactively staying ahead of industry trends and changes.
Strategic Planning
- Lead the formulation and execution of robust strategic plans aimed at enhancing the practice’s market position and driving sustained growth.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for expansion, including the introduction of new services, partnerships, and geographic locations.
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring they align seamlessly with the practice’s mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
Financial Management
- Develop and execute the practice’s financial strategy, encompassing budgeting, financial planning, and in-depth performance analysis.
- Oversee financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, billing, and collections.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies for revenue growth and cost management to optimize financial performance.
- Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks and wire transfers.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and executive team to inform and drive key decision-making processes.
Operational Management
- Oversee the seamless integration and optimization of all operational functions, including administrative, clinical, financial, and support services.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge operational policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the practice.
- Participate actively in meetings, providing valuable insights, feedback, and contributing to decision-making processes.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas are followed and objectives are met.
- Develop and distribute meeting agendas in advance, outlining key topics, goals, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure follow-up actions are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked post-meeting to ensure accountability and progress.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction by continually refining patient workflows and interactions.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes to maintain a competitive edge and drive excellence.
Human Resources Management
- Oversee the development and delivery of advanced training programs to enhance staff competencies and patient-focused skills.
- Continuously gather and analyze patient feedback to drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the practice maintains high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
- Analyze patient feedback, complaints, and suggestions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Patient Experience and Quality
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to optimize patient workflows and operational processes, ensuring seamless interactions across all departments.

Provider Credentialing
- Oversee the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all healthcare providers to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with providers, ensuring alignment with the practice’s goals and standards.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA, MHA).
- 10+ years of executive-level management experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management.
