Position Summary:
We are looking for a tech savy Manager to join our Clinic Transformation department within the ONTARIO WELL Health portfolio. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for managing the integration of digital solutions at our primary care clinics. What you will be doing:
- Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, clinic staff, and patients to implement digital tools that enhance workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
- Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Proactively address patient concerns and issues, serving as a point person to escalate and resolve any problems that may arise during the patient journey.
- Develop and support new systems and processes as WELL Health Clinical Shared Services continues to grow and expand.
- Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on-site and remotely to build strong relationships and trust.
- Measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of pilot programs and the impact of digital tools on clinic operations.
- Provide regular project status reports to WELL Health leadership.
- Configure, set up, and maintain various digital tools, including Online Bookings, Self-Check-In, Reporting, and Patient Reminders.
You have:
- Managing team-members and having strong people management skills
- Project experience in Digital Implementation & assisting in project rollouts.
- Lead Adoption strategies, plans, execution, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with clinicians, managers, and staff.
- Experience in leveraging technology to address healthcare challenges in Canada, particularly in clinic modernization and digital implementation, will be considered favorably.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (high EQ).
- Proficiency with Help Scout, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, KPI Metrics, PowerBi, and Smartsheets.
- Openness to feedback, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace ambiguity and change are essential for this role.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and a background in healthcare settings are preferred (though not mandatory).
