Position Summary:
As an Engagement Specialist for Clinic Transformation at WELL Health Technologies, you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful changes within our clinic network. Your role will involve collaborating with clinical managers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new technologies and processes aimed at transforming clinic operations and enhancing patient care.
What you will be doing:
- Provide training during site visits utilizing various digital adoption platforms and tools.
- Research and suggest training tools to leadership team to enhance adoption efforts and experience.
- Identify necessary skills and ensure all users have the skills necessary to increase adoption targets.
- Collect feedback to determine where users need additional assistance and training to increase tech adoption.
- Ensure documentation & knowledge base is up to date.
- Assist in change adoption plans, stakeholder engagement plans, communication and engagement materials and measurement plans.
- Communicates with employees, leadership, and stakeholders on the various stages, deadlines, and goals with minimal supervision.
- Monitor usage statistics to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Improve engagement and performance.
- Inspire others by communicating benefits of the digital tools, leading by example.
- Use KPIs or metrics to monitor and improve adoption.
- Proactively identifies potential roadblocks and manages risk.
You have:
- Experience establishing great working relationships with Clinical Managers, and MOA to drive tech adoption.
- Tailor training to variety of audiences on new technology systems or processes.
- Ability to manage and effectively prioritize and work with leadership team to change adoption tactics if we are not hitting targets.
- Continuously work on meeting adoption targets for projects.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in clinical settings.
- Certified Professional Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) is an asset
