Are you a detail-oriented, highly organised professional with a calm, patient nature and a passion for providing outstanding patient care? ReproScan is seeking a proactive and compassionate ReproScan Administrator to support the daily operations of our Satellite Services Programme and clinic.
About The Role
As a ReproScan Administrator, you'll be the cornerstone of our patient services team-ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and administrative support for patients undergoing fertility treatment. You'll help coordinate every step of their journey with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and book patient appointments, both locally and abroad
Communicate with patients to ensure timely responses to treatment queries
Organise and manage prescriptions; liaise with pharmacies
Manage test results, patient education materials, and stock of testing kits
Oversee front-of-house duties: greet patients, manage clinical schedules
Handle administrative tasks: invoicing, diary management, emails, typing, scanning
Be the first line of communication for feedback and support throughout the patient journey
Qualifications
Required: Leaving Certificate (or equivalent)
Desirable: Medical Secretary course or similar; experience in patient coordination
Skills & Attributes
Strong verbal and written communication (English fluency required)
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm, patient, and professional demeanour
Team player with initiative and accountability
Excellent computer and admin skills
Familiarity with IVF and fertility treatment processes is a plus
