Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $375,000 – $400,000 per year (negotiable based on experience)

Starting Bonus: Sign-on bonus of $20,000 – $30,000 and retention bonuses offered

Relocation Assistance: Housing stipend for relocation or temporary candidates ($1,500 – $2,000/month for up to 6 months)

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; occasional weekends; on-call 5–6 days per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive women’s health care including prenatal, natal, and postnatal services, gynecologic exams and procedures, chronic condition management, and patient education. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to serving diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality healthcare to female patients across the reproductive lifespan
- Monitor prenatal, natal, and postnatal patient care and outcomes
- Perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
- Deliver babies safely, ensuring health of both infant and mother
- Participate in developing and reviewing clinic policies and services
- Deliver outpatient and in-hospital care as required
- Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation
- Manage patients with chronic conditions effectively
- Adhere to medical protocols, administrative guidelines, and ethical standards
- Consult with Medical Director on complex patient cases
- Recommend further treatments or specialist referrals when necessary
- Participate in staff meetings, daily team huddles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Serve as preceptor for medical students and NP/PA students
- Support nursing staff and assist with policy implementation
- Rotate between health clinics as needed
- Facilitate audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Minimum Requirements

Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
- Minimum of 3 years in Gynecology and Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in California
- DEA certification
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification
- Board-certified or board-eligible in OBGYN
- Past supervisory skills or willingness to mentor NP/PAs
