Are you a compassionate, patient-focused OB/GYN Physician seeking a mission-driven team that values high-quality, whole-person care? We're looking for a dedicated provider to join our thriving practice, delivering exceptional women's healthcare through all life stages—from adolescence through menopause and beyond.
You'll play a vital role in supporting reproductive health, managing pregnancies, and treating chronic conditions, all while contributing to a collaborative, team-based model that prioritizes outcomes and experience.
As an integral part of our multidisciplinary care team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care, including wellness visits, prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, and menopause management

Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans

Conduct labor and deliveries with a focus on safety, compassion, and excellence in outcomes

Perform in-office and hospital-based surgical procedures as needed

Collaborate closely with the Medical Director, care coordinators, and support teams

Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in accordance with clinic protocols

Diagnose and manage chronic conditions related to reproductive health

Educate and empower patients on reproductive wellness and long-term care strategies

Refer patients to appropriate specialists when additional care is needed

Contribute to quality improvement efforts and help shape clinic policies

Participate in daily huddles, team meetings, and medical rounds

Mentor medical students, PAs, and nurse practitioners as a clinical preceptor

Rotate across clinic sites if needed (within the same region – no travel required)
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

On-Call: 5–6 days/month

Possible Weekend Shifts depending on coverage needs
- Board-Certified/Eligible OB/GYN Physician

Valid state medical license (or ability to obtain)

Passion for patient-centered, community-based care

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care, including surgery and high-risk pregnancy management
