Job Description
Summary
We're looking for a mission-driven Care Advocate to join our remote Care Delivery team and support members in navigating digital healthcare services. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely, personalized care by connecting members with resources, coordinating support, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct video calls with new members to guide them through available services and support intro appointments including menopause, adoption/surrogacy, fertility, maternity, egg freezing, postpartum, parenting and pediatric care.
- Respond quickly to member questions, offering tailored recommendations and education.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely care, close the loop on tasks, and follow up as needed.

Help members navigate care networks and identify additional resources, including referrals.

Address barriers to care, including social determinants of health.

Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve the member experience.

This role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others. The team operates and supports members 24/7/365.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of direct patient care experience, ideally in women's or family health (e.g., pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, menopause, adoption, surrogacy)

BILINGUAL: French-Canadian & English

Background in healthcare, human services, or allied health

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Proven ability to meet KPIs related to engagement, satisfaction, and productivity

Comfortable working in a remote or startup setting with flexibility and a growth mindset

Tech-savvy and adaptable to new platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, CRMs, EHRs, Zendesk)
Preferred:
- Experience in maternal-child health, family planning, or options counseling

Certification or licensure in a healthcare-related field
Schedule/ Shift: M-F, 12:00pm-8:30pm EST/EDT - For British Columbia Canddiates this translates to 9:00am-5:30pm PST/PDT
