RN Job Description:
- Optimize patient experience through compassionate and detail-oriented care. RN will support patients every step of the way, from initial patient visit, through unique goal of treatment. This will involve exceptionally clear communication and understanding of clinical processes.
- Once in treatment cycle, RN will reinforce medication education and adherence. Fertility demands time-sensitive care, so all responses must be prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Overseeing end to end patient experience and care before, during, and after treatment
- Direct patient interaction and coordination of individualized fertility treatment plans
- Conducting patient calls and emails regarding test results, medications, and treatment plan details
- Educating patients on testing and treatment protocols, administering medications, and fertility procedures
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records and coordinating software
- Maintaining accurate and timely communication, and coordination with physicians, staff, and laboratory
- Analyzing abnormal tests and cultures, determining next steps in treatment with physicians
- Performs quality control and inventory checks to maintain high standard of care
- Acts as a point person for Medical Assistants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current and maintained New York State Registered Nursing License
- Excellent communication skills, customer service and high level of professionalism.
- A strong understanding of complex clinical knowledge and the ability to simplify medical processes for patients
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high volume of patents, labs, calls, and emails
- Must be extremely proactive, self-sufficient, and driven to complete tasks independently
- 1-2 weekend/holiday half-day rotations are required.
- Must be available to start 4 weeks from offer date.
- All candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- Position may require commuting between multiple offices in New York City

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
