Your Role & Responsibilities
Exceptional Patient Care
- Schedule and coordinate clinical visits, ultrasounds, lab tests, and procedures.
- Obtain vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure) and assist physicians with minor procedures.
- Provide personalized, one-on-one coordination for fertility treatments, testing, and procedures.
Technical Expertise
- Efficiently manage patient records and workflows using EMR systems.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills.
Interpersonal & Team Collaboration
- Deliver compassionate, top-tier customer service to patients and their families.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment while also excelling independently.
- Communicate fluently in English (written & verbal).
What You Bring to the Team
✅ Education & Certification
- Medical Office Assistant diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution.
✅ Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in a Medical Office Assistant role or similar healthcare setting.
✅ Skills & Attributes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
