US Fertility is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Coupa Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Deputy Coupa Administrator will play a supporting role in optimizing and maintaining our procurement and financial processes through the effective management and configuration of the Coupa software system. This role is vital in ensuring that our organization can efficiently manage procurement, expenses, and invoices while adhering to company policies and industry best practices.
We are currently seeking a full-time Deputy Coupa Administrator to join our team. This position is remote, and the schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The salary for this position is $70k annually.
How You'll Contribute:
We take a "whatever it takes" approach, even if it's outside the scope of our usual responsibilities. The Deputy Coupa Administrator will generally be responsible for:
1. System Configuration and Maintenance:
- Assist the COUPA administrator with configuration of the Coupa system that aligns with company requirements
- Assist in the performance of routine system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, liaising with technical support when necessary
- Participate in all aspects of implementation from mobilization to deployment across functions within the company
2. User Training and Support:
- Acts as subject matter expert for the platform
- Train the key users of the platform, following a train the trainer approach
- Offer ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and assisting with problem resolution
- Assist in the development & management of user guides and documentation
- Lead internal support effort by Investigating, troubleshooting, and solving system issues
3. Data Management:
- Support data integrity within the Coupa system, including supplier information, catalogs, and pricing
- Assist in the generation and analysis of reports to track key performance indicators and recommend improvements
4. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations within the Coupa system
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive financial and procurement data
5. Integration and Upgrades:
- Collaborate with IT, Accounting, Treasury, Purchasing, and other relevant teams to integrate Coupa with other software systems
- Establish checklists, templates, and timelines for onboarding new locations and businesses to the Coupa platform as the organization grows
- Stay up-to-date with Coupa software updates and implement necessary upgrades
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience with COUPA
- Moderate understanding of procurement and financial processes
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Coupa software

Experience with Excel, data management and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Self-starter, has initiative, and proactive
- Familiarity with procurement and financial regulations is a plus
- Coupa certification is preferred
- Experience with Sage Intacct is preferred

Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
