Surrogate Treatment Coordinator (Clinic), you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding our patients throughout their fertility treatment journey.
The successful candidate must have passion to grow in IVF, Fertility or Women's Health. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing Surrogates patients during their pre-treatment and stimulation cycles each month. You will be expected to share your knowledge of endocrine hormones, medication administration, and cycle coordination with the teams. While working independently, you will report any questions or concerns to the physician.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and manage assigned patients' pretreatment for FET cycles, including communication regarding required diagnostic testing and labs.
- Perform ultrasound monitoring of assigned patients and document findings accurately.
- Review H&P intake of assigned patients during pre-treatment appointments, ensuring that all records are reviewed and uploaded. Maintain up-to-date patient chart information.
- Schedule necessary appointments for patients.
- Coordinate Surrogate IVF cases, including all testing and patient treatment plans.
- Prepare calendars/schedules for patients as needed.
- Prepare embryology lab requisitions (ART REQ) for assigned patients.
- Communicate any patient monitoring or concerns to the physician.
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals with a high degree of courtesy, tact, and poise.
- Assist with procedures as needed
- Mentor pre-treatment coordinators and/or associate IVF coordinators on endocrine hormones, medication administration, and cycle coordination.
- Update and manage the cases Spreadsheet as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in health care administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 years of related experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrated competence in reacting to and handling emergencies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment, employing tact, diplomacy, and discipline.
- Understanding and adherence to established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Strong charting and documentation skills.
