Job Title: Junior Anesthesiologist
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Junior Anesthesiologist to support senior anesthetists across various surgical specialties. The role involves assisting with anesthesia administration, perioperative care, and performing ICU procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior anesthesiologists in providing anesthesia for Neurosurgery, Urology, General Surgery, and other surgical specialties.
- Prepare patients for anesthesia and ensure proper monitoring during surgical procedures.
- Support intraoperative and postoperative patient management.
- Oversee ICU patients and perform required procedures such as airway management, central lines, arterial lines, etc.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate with surgical teams, nursing staff, and ICU personnel for smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Anesthesiology (or equivalent).
- Valid registration with relevant medical council.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques and ICU procedures.
- Good clinical judgement and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under senior supervision.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
