Position: Lead Nurse Clinician
Location: Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo
Our client, a leading innovator in the field of men’s sexual health, is seeking a full-time Nurse Clinician to lead their high-performing medical team. As important as the experience and technical know-how, they need someone with superior communication skills, coupled with a high degree of business and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical and physical assessments
- Administer clinical treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, charting, and treatment notes
- Manage patient follow-ups, scheduling, and care coordination
- Educate patients about their condition and treatment options
- Communicate sensitively and clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds
- Work independently while upholding clinical standards and care quality
Required Qualifications:
- Active nursing license (RN, RPN, or NP) in Ontario
- 5+ of clinical nursing experience (experience in sexual / reproductive health is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to deliver hands-on care in a private, focused clinical setting
Other Details:
- Monday to Friday work schedule; occasional overtime as needed
- Very competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience
- On-site role at a men’s wellness clinic
