Ultra Sound Technician Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follows careful instructions from our Professional Medical Team
- Conducting Cycle Monitoring by taking measurements of endometrium and follicles.
- Educates the patient before and during diagnostic procedures so as the patient
- Monitors patient safety through all diagnostic procedures
- Work collaboratively the Professional Medical Team during IUI procedures and Embryo Transfers
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all Ultra Sound equipment
- Manages the Diagnostic Image Database

- Must be patient centric, detail oriented and willing to work as an engaged member of not only the Diagnostic Image Team but the overall Clinic Team

- Must being able to follow processes
- Must be able to follow protocols
- Must be accountable and self motivated
Job Requirements:
- Completion of formal sonography training in a recognised school
- Must have CMRTO or CARDUP
- Experience in pelvic and obstetric sonography
- Must have completed CPR training
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- PACS experience an asset
- Having IPS an asset
