Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense medications accurately under pharmacist supervision
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
- Assist with prescription entry, inventory control, and workflow organization
- Maintain compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) standards and store policies
Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) (priority for candidates currently registered)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
- Previous Shoppers Drug Mart or retail pharmacy experience is an asset
