Key Responsibilities

Prepare and dispense medications accurately under pharmacist supervision
Provide exceptional customer service and patient support
Assist with prescription entry, inventory control, and workflow organization
Maintain compliance with Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) standards and store policies

Qualifications

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP) (priority for candidates currently registered)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care
Previous Shoppers Drug Mart or retail pharmacy experience is an asset
