Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to lead the marketing department of our agency. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive surrogate / intended parent/ egg donor acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and position our agency as a trusted leader in the reproductive health industry.
This role requires a strong leader with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse marketing team—including specialists in paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, organic content, and back-end technical operations—while also owning the strategy, KPIs, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a clear, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Manage and lead the existing marketing team to deliver measurable results.
- Establish and continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns and channels.
- Oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and company goals.
- Provide regular reporting to the CEO, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, healthcare industry standards, and compliance requirements in the fertility/surrogacy sector.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to support brand positioning, partnerships, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role (Director, VP, CMO, or equivalent), ideally in healthcare, fertility, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, both paid and organic.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and KPI management.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling marketing teams.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
