A leading specialty fertility pharmacy is expanding into Northern California and hiring licensed Pharmacy Technicians to serve as Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs).
Selected candidates will complete a 5–10 day, fully paid training program at our Los Angeles headquarters. Travel and lodging provided. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new pharmacy while joining a team recognized for excellence and compassion in fertility care.
Job Description
The Licensed Pharmacy Technician (Patient Care Coordinator) is the primary contact for IVF clinics and patients, ensuring timely, accurate medication delivery. Patient Experience is paramount, and PCCs play a key role in delivering care with empathy and precision.
What You’ll Do

Ensure timely, accurate medication delivery, including billing verification

Apply detail orientation, basic math, and prioritization skills to manage workload

Communicate with patients and clinics with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly
Qualifications

Active California Pharmacy Technician license (required)

On-site, full-time availability: Monday–Friday, plus rotating weekends

Strong customer service background

Proficient in Word and Excel; typing speed of 45+ WPM
