**This position is eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,080, paid in three installments.**

A leading name in specialty fertility pharmacy is expanding into Northern California and is actively hiring licensed Pharmacy Technicians to serve as Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) at a soon-to-open location.

The official opening date is still being finalized, selected candidates will be invited to complete a 5–10 day, fully paid training program at our Los Angeles area headquarters. Travel and lodging accommodations will be provided.

Job Description

The Licensed Patient Care Coordinator serves as the point of contact for the IVF clinics we partner with and the patients we serve. The Licensed Patient Care Coordinator offers an agile and responsive service to ensure our patients get their medications in a timely and efficient manner. The Patient Experience is paramount at MDR and our Licensed Patient Care Coordinators are a large part of that effort.

What You Will Do

In this role, you are tasked with ensuring the timely delivery of medications and that the order is billed correctly. A high priority is placed on a candidate’s ability to be detail-oriented, compute basic math calculations, and prioritize work based on importance and urgency.

The ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion to our valued patients who rely on us for their medications in both verbal and written communications.

Work well in a team-oriented organization by working directly with internal business partners to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

Possess a clear and active California Pharmacy Technician license.

Must be able to work the required hours of the shift, eight-hour shift, Monday – Friday and weekend availability to be determined.

Must be able to work on-site.

Strong customer service experience is required.

PC Literate; have basic knowledge of Word and Excel; Must type at least 45 wpm.
