We are seeking a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD specializing in maternal-fetal medicine for locum tenens coverage in Reno, Nevada, and surrounding areas.
- The position involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a shared 1:3 call rotation that is managed from home.
- Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient care, with a patient load of 20-24 per day, including new consults requiring ultrasound, amniocentesis, and cerclage procedures.
- The role requires ultrasound reading, hospital rounding (1-6 patients), and collaboration with support staff such as sonographers, an APRN, and MAs.
- Board certification or eligibility in MFM, DEA license, Nevada pharmacy licensure, BLS, and ACLS are mandatory.
- On-site work with support staff, shared call schedule, and no in-house call are features of this position.
