We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The PA will work under the supervision of a licensed physician to provide high-quality medical care to patients. Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, assisting in surgeries, and educating patients on preventative healthcare in a busy Women‘s Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, lab work, EKGs)
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
- Assist in surgical procedures and medical interventions as needed
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and organizational policies
