Job Title: Chinese‑Speaking Clinical Coordinator (Infertility/Gynecology)

Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York City (Hybrid: in‑clinic + remote)
Clinic: Global Fertility & Genetics (NYC)
Schedule: Approx. 35–40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, occasional weekend support

Position Summary

We seek a detail‑oriented, bilingual (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) Coordinator to support our Chinese‑speaking patients throughout their infertility/gynecology treatment journey. You will work closely with patients, physicians, nurses, and lab staff to ensure seamless clinical operations and exceptional communication.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Chinese‑speaking patients, liaising with clinical providers and lab staff
Coordinate and schedule consultations, diagnostic appointments, procedures (IUI, IVF, egg retrieval, embryo transfer), and follow‑ups
Facilitate patient education regarding fertility protocols, medications, pre‑prep steps, lab tests, and procedures
Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) with accuracy and confidentiality
Provide translation and interpretation for appointments, consent discussions, patient materials, and phone/portal messaging/We Chat
Monitor and manage cycle timelines, lab results, and treatment milestones
Collaborate with our international concierge team for visa support, logistics, and out‑of‑town patient services
Ensure adherence to clinic protocols, HIPAA standards, and infection‑control practices
Participate in patient outreach, appointment reminders, cycle tracking, and patient satisfaction follow‑up

Qualifications

Native or near‑native proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
Required: Clinical or administrative experience in gynecology and/or infertility treatment (IVF, IUI, PGD/PGT, etc.)
Familiarity with medical terminology in obstetrics, gynecology, and assisted reproduction
Strong organizational skills—able to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills
Flexibility to work hybrid schedule and occasional weekend coverage
