At Brown Fertility, we deliver exceptional fertility care through a compassionate and team-centered approach. We are seeking a hands-on Clinical/Admin Supervisor to join our leadership team. Position Summary:
The Clinical/Admin Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations. This position requires full flexibility and a willingness to perform any task that is being supervised—from cleaning rooms, assisting with patient flow, and learning cycle management, to scheduling surgeries and approving timecards. The ideal candidate must be available to work weekends and take an active role in supporting clinic leadership with hiring, training, and, when necessary, performance management or termination of staff.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise front and back-office staff and support weekend operations
· Work hands-on in all areas of the clinic, including room turnover, front desk, patient intake, clinical support, and surgery scheduling
· Learn and support IVF/FET/donor/IUI cycle management processes and patient coordination
· Approve timecards and monitor attendance/performance under the guidance of the Operations Manager
· Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and termination processes
· Ensure all staff follow clinic policies, protocols, and maintain HIPAA compliance
· Handle patient and staff concerns with professionalism and efficiency
· Maintain clear communication between departments and leadership
· Lead by example in all clinical and administrative duties
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (fertility experience preferred)
· Must be willing to work weekends and flexible shifts as needed
· Ability to perform and train on every job within the clinic
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to take direction and support operational leadership
· Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
· Bilingual a plus
