Join Our Team of Night Nurses & Newborn Caregivers – Boise
Let Mommy Sleep, Boise’s trusted overnight newborn care agency, is now hiring RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Postpartum Doulas, and Newborn Caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to new families.
About the Role:
This is truly the best job in the world for those who love working with newborns and supporting parents in the early days of life with a new baby.
Typical shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Care provided for: Single newborns and twins
Duties include:
- Feeding, diapering, swaddling, and comforting infants overnight
- Postpartum support and education for parents
- Light lactation assistance (as needed)
- Monitoring infant wellness and sleep patterns
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on newborn experience
- Professional, compassionate, and reliable bedside manner
- Background in nursing, postpartum care, or newborn care strongly preferred
