Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrub Nurse at RPS Hospitals located in Chennai. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons during surgical procedures, ensure a sterile environment in the operating room, and manage surgical instruments and supplies. Daily tasks include preparing the operating theatre, ensuring patient safety, and providing postoperative care. The Scrub Nurse will collaborate with the surgical team, follow infection control protocols, and maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Nursing and Medicine
- Experience in Surgery and Operating Room settings
- Specialized skills in assisting Surgery
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle high-stress situations
- Relevant nursing certification and licensure
- Experience in hospital or clinical settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
