Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager Healthcare at GBR Fertility Centre, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The BDM will be responsible for driving the sales of the hospital by building various channels and through the following activities:-
- Devise the overall strategy, do the planning and budgeting for accelerated patient foot falls to its IVF centre in Chennai
- Identifying various channels for new patient recruitment
- Work in tandem with Digital marketing team & CRM teams to ensure every opportunity is captured and followed up with
- Conduct regular medical camps
- Forge partnerships and tie up with potential healthcare service providers for whom GBR could be an extended arm
- Forge corporate partnerships
- Be fully conversant with account management, sales, sales management, sales operations, and business development within the healthcare sector and especially in the field of ART.
Qualifications
- Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Business Development skills
- Experience in account management and sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and assisted reproductive technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
