Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Chennai. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling patient inquiries, providing detailed information about services and treatments, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role also involves coordinating with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care and addressing any concerns or issues patients may have.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Experience in handling Patient In Bound Calls, Client Relations, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to handle patient inquiries, provide detailed information and capture data in CRM Software
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with medical staff
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
