Role: As a Front Desk Executive at Luma Fertility, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You will handle appointment scheduling, manage patient inquiries, and assist in creating a welcoming clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
● Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and handling inquiries.
● Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with doctors and staff.
● Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
● Assist with billing, payments, and insurance-related queries.
● Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
● Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
● Provide basic information about clinic services and policies to patients.
● Handle any patient concerns with empathy and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills
● Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferably in a healthcare or fertility clinic).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Proficiency in scheduling software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
● A warm and compassionate demeanor to support patients during their journey.
