Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting and executing our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on digital media, content creation, brand development, and communications. This position requires excellent writing skills, a strong eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
- Oversee collaboration with third-party social media partners, ensuring timely execution and alignment of content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create, edit and post engaging content for TikTok
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and analyze performance metrics
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and audience engagement
Brand & Visual Content
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand decks, pitch materials, and marketing collateral
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written materials
- Collaborate with design partners to produce high-quality assets
Website Oversight
- Coordinate updates to website content, structure, and layout
- Write and edit copy for new service pages, practitioner bios, and landing pages; research photos to accompany articles.
- Collaborate with developers or web agencies to ensure optimal performance and user experience
Content Writing & Strategy
- Draft and publish compelling blog posts, email newsletters, and long-form articles related to longevity, wellness, and clinic services
- Edit and repurpose content for different platforms (email, blog, social, web)
- Ensure all content is on-brand, SEO-optimized, and aligned with the clinic’s voice and values

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle sectors
- Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of social media posts, blogs, or other marketing materials
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress or similar)
- Familiarity with SEO, CMS, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and social analytics
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Passion for health, wellness, and the future of longevity medicine
Preferred Skills (Not Required):
- Experience in healthcare marketing or healthcare environments
- Basic understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
- Photography or video editing experience a plus
