We are currently seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our family.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient primary care and gynecological services to women of all ages
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic workups
- Develop and manage personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating follow-up care
- Collaborate with LifePath Experts and behavioral health staff to provide emotionally attuned, integrative care
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with all regulatory standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews
Qualifications:
- Licensed APRN, eligible to practice independently in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in women’s health, primary care, urgent care, or family medicine
- Passion for working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary, patient-centered environment
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and delivering highly personalized, holistic wellness support
- Bonus specialties that will enhance your candidacy include:
- Mental health integration (e.g., managing anxiety, depression, or ADHD in primary care)
- Lactation consulting or breastfeeding support
- Adolescent health and transitional care
- Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, PCOS, obesity, hypertension)

Schedule & Compensation:
- Expected hours: 32–40 per week
- Pay range: $150,000 – $170,000 annually, based on experience and scheduled hours
