Care Team Model: # of CRNA:14 ; # of Anesthesiologists: 6
Call: Must offer Call. One weekend day, every other month.
Certification Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
State License Requirements: Florida
Additional License Requirements: MUST BE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION
